Job summary

Barclay Simpson is currently seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee a large-scale cyber security transformation programme focused on OT and manufacturing security across a complex, international organisation.

You'll lead delivery planning, governance and risk management, working with cyber security, engineering, operations and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with IEC 62443, NIST and GDPR frameworks. This role offers high visibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading cyber security, technology, or transformation projects.
• Experience delivering complex programmes across geographically distributed organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into delivery plans, roadmaps and work packages.
• Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies and budgets.
• Coordinate governance, reporting and risk management across programmes.
• Lead cross-functional teams including security, engineering and operations.
