Job summary

SCC is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Lead to drive a major enterprise Zero Trust transformation. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, including creating an integrated roadmap across identity, devices, networks and workloads.

You will oversee governance, executive reporting and financial controls while coordinating internal teams and external suppliers. With extensive experience in large-scale technology or cyber security transformations, you will guide SI partners, manage benefits

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale technology or cyber security transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance and executive reporting skills.
• Demonstrable programme financial management and benefits realisation experience.
• Experience managing systems integrators, consultancy partners and suppliers.
• Strong operational readiness and service transition expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the enterprise Zero Trust programme.
• Establish and manage an integrated roadmap across identity, devices, networks and workloads.
• Oversee programme governance, RAID management, executive reporting and financial controls.
• Coordinate internal teams, delivery partners and third-party suppliers.
• Drive implementation of Zero Trust, IAM, IGA, PAM, endpoint security, SSE/ZTNA and workload security initiatives.
• Ensure successful service transition and adoption into business-as-usual operations.
