Job summary

CH&CO, a part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting a dedicated Supervisor (Zero Hours) to support operations in Oxford on a casual contract. You will oversee catering teams, ensure food quality and service standards, and liaise with the line manager to monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

• Two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to help everyone excel.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.
