Job summary

CH&CO is seeking a Weekend Supervisor for zero hours to help run operations smoothly at CH&CO. You will oversee kitchen and service teams, ensuring outstanding food quality and customer service on weekends.

With at least two years in catering and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, you will support and train staff, monitor KPIs, and uphold Health & Safety standards while promoting CH&CO’s brand image.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to high standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain service quality.
• Communicate regularly with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent CH&CO and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all teams.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Weekend Supervisor (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
