Job summary

First Bus is seeking a proactive Programme Coordinator to support its decarbonisation programme. You will help plan, coordinate and track activities across multiple projects, while engaging a wide range of internal stakeholders to keep everyone informed of progress.

The role focuses on governance, reporting and performance, with opportunities to support budgets, grants and supplier activities as the programme scales toward a zero-emission fleet.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Administrator or PMO support role.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Proficient in data handling, reports and presentations.
• MS 365 skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and tracking across multiple projects.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate progress and priorities.
• Maintain programme governance, milestones, risks and actions.
• Support budgeting, grant administration and supplier performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and readiness.
