The Big Phone Store is building a high-volume YouTube channel to help consumers buy better phones and understand refurbished tech. You’ll turn approved ideas into finished videos, write scripts, create Shorts, and optimize titles and descriptions using AI-powered workflows.

We value speed, consistency, and scalable production. You’ll automate repetitive tasks, organize uploads, and produce content at scale while maintaining quality for our audience.

The Big Phone Store is one of the UK's established refurbished mobile phone retailers. We're building a YouTube channel that helps consumers buy better phones, understand refurbished technology and make smarter buying decisions.

We're looking for someone who can produce a high volume of high-quality YouTube content using modern AI tools and efficient production systems.

This is not a traditional video editing role.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building repeatable workflows, automating repetitive tasks and producing content consistently without sacrificing quality.

What you'll be doing

You’ll take approved content ideas and turn them into finished YouTube videos.

Typical tasks include:

• Researching phone buying topics and customer questions.
• Writing engaging YouTube scripts.
• Producing multiple YouTube Shorts from every long-form video.
• Writing titles and descriptions.
• Finding or filming supporting footage.
• Using AI tools to improve speed and efficiency.
• Uploading and organising videos.
• Reusing existing content to create new videos.

We'll provide:

• Priority topics.
• Brand guidelines.
• Access to products where required.
• Feedback and performance data.

Output Expectations:

This is a production-focused role.Our aim is to build a content engine rather than produce occasional videos.

A single long-form video should typically generate:

• One YouTube video
• Three or more Shorts
• Social clips
• Thumbnail variations
• Multiple title options

You’ll be expected to work efficiently and continuously improve production speed.
