What you’ll be doing

You’ll start by learning and executing what already works, producing high-volume short-form videos that sell as much as they entertain.

Scriptwriting, shooting, editing (basic CapCut/Canva), and starring on camera, that’s your foundation for the first 6-12 months.

Once you’ve proven yourself, the fun escalates and you’ll get creative freedom: drifting vans at Silverstone, filming in garages, running wild video challenges, and making content that’s as entertaining as it is chaotic, all as part of your job.

This isn’t a gimmick. The founder literally said, “I’d be jealous of this person’s job.”

You’ll be the face of the brand, getting your hands dirty, filming real-world madness, with real investment behind your ideas.

Think Top Gear levels of chaos and fun.

You’ll grow from creator to cornerstone of the brand.

You’ll start by scripting, planning, and starring in content, proving you can follow their proven formula and using data to deliver and improve on what already works.

• Based in the UK and able to work full-time in Slough (scope for hybrid later once proven)
• A full UK driving licence
