List25, a remote-first YouTube channel network, is seeking a hands-on Channel Manager to own one channel end-to-end — from ideas and scripts to production and growth. You’ll work directly with leadership, rely on YouTube analytics, and ship content on a tight cadence with real impact on audience metrics.

You will read and approve scripts, manage editors, and drive growth through data-driven packaging and optimization. This role is fully remote and requires strong channel ownership experience.

Qualifikationen

• You have actually run a YouTube channel before and can cite results.
• You think in packaging: topics with strong titles and thumbnails matter.
• You can read YouTube analytics fluently (CTR, retention) and translate into decisions.
• You write and edit scripts and spot hooks, pacing, and factual errors.

Aufgaben

• Run the channel day to day and own the publishing calendar.
• Drive ideation by researching trends and packaging concepts that earn clicks.
• Read and approve scripts for factual accuracy, pacing, hooks, and retention.
• Manage editors: assign work, give clear feedback, meet deadlines, maintain channel style.
• Own growth: monitor CTR and engagement, run packaging tests, double down on winners.
• Report weekly on shipped content, numbers, and upcoming changes.
