Job summary
Be A Bear | Powered by Spin in London is seeking a YouTube-focused digital strategist to manage day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of YouTube and social channels. You’ll lead strategy with clients, own content schedules, and drive performance with the wider team.
You will work in a hybrid London setup (1 day in the office, Thursdays), coordinating with a growing team, and helping identify trends while delivering clear, actionable insights to clients.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years’+ experience in digital, specifically YouTube channel management.
- Passionate about great content, advertising and brand accounts.
- Strong confidence using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- Strategic thinker—curious, proactive and willing to test new ideas to drive results.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery of a portfolio of YouTube and social channels.
- Lead on strategy across client channels and create channel plans with clients.
- Own content schedules, publishing, reporting and performance insights.
- Identify opportunities to grow across YouTube, Meta, TikTok, X and Instagram.
- Communicate insights clearly to clients and internal teams.
