Job summary

Monarch Education is recruiting Sports Coaches and Youth Workers to support primary schools across Rochdale. You will work with children, young people and communities, delivering sports, activities and enrichment sessions to foster confidence and social skills.

The role emphasizes mentoring, safeguarding and creating a positive learning environment while offering flexible and varied opportunities across EYFS to SEND settings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, patient and enthusiastic approach.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Work with children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

Monarch Education are recruiting Sports Coaches and Youth Workers to support primary schools across Rochdale. If you have experience working with children, young people, sports teams, youth groups or community projects, this could be the perfect opportunity to transfer your skills into education.

Many of the pupils you will support benefit from positive role models who can build relationships, promote engagement and help them develop confidence, resilience and social skills.
