Job summary

Monarch Education is recruiting a Behaviour Support Mentor to work across primary schools in Oldham. You will support pupils who need additional guidance to engage positively in school, helping them develop confidence, emotional regulation and learning behaviours.

The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, close collaboration with teachers and pastoral teams. Experience in behaviour support or related child-focused settings is ideal.

Qualifications

  • Experience in behaviour support, youth work, sports coaching, care, mentoring or other child-focused settings.
  • Ability to support pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
  • Experience collaborating with teachers and SENDCOs is beneficial.

Monarch Education are recruiting Behaviour Support Mentors to work across primary schools in Oldham.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in behaviour support, youth work, sports coaching, care, mentoring or other child-focused settings. You will support pupils who need additional guidance to engage positively in school, helping them develop confidence, emotional regulation and positive learning behaviours.
