ChristChurch Hailsham is seeking a passionate and committed part-time Youth Worker to support our young people and oversee our team of Youth Work volunteers. This is an exciting opportunity to create a welcoming, faith-filled environment where young people can grow spiritually, build lasting friendships, and explore their identity in Christ.

The successful candidate will work alongside church leaders and volunteers to plan and lead weekly youth group gatherings, organize annual events, and offer pastoral support to young people navigating life’s challenges.
