Job description

The roles we have posted are for Youth Worker / Sports Coach positions based in Waltham Forest. Staff will support the delivery of structured football and multi-sport sessions for children and young people aged 8–18, helping to build skills, confidence, and wellbeing. In addition to weekly sessions, staff will also support one-off community and cultural events, combining coaching with event support duties such as set-up, activity delivery, and engaging with families. MB Community CIC is a registered Community Interest Company (CIC 15892423), dedicated to providing free and inclusive programmes that benefit local young people and communities.
