Job summary

Leicester City Football Club is seeking a Wellbeing and Engagement Mentor to support identified young people within mainstream education and alternative provision settings. This fixed-term role runs for 12 months and requires 37.5 hours per week, based mainly at King Power Stadium with travel to partner schools and community venues across Leicester and Charnwood.

Responsibilities

• To work 1:1 or within small groups with identified young people to re-engage them within education and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with external agencies to provide well-rounded support.
• Develop and deliver high-quality resources and sessions.
• Support development of intervention sessions to raise aspirations of young people.
• Monitor progress and ensure data is accurate and well managed.
• Contribute to internal and external monitoring reports in a timely, detailed manner.
