Job summary

Keys Group is seeking Engage Mentors to deliver targeted interventions that support engagement, wellbeing, and re-entry into education for vulnerable young people in Essex. This is a zero-hours contract with minimum 2 days per week, up to 5 days depending on availability, term-time only, and travel across the county.

You will work one-to-one in community and educational settings, helping young people build confidence and resilience, delivering sessions on healthy relationships, online safety,

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Safeguarding knowledge and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one interventions in community/educational settings.
• Support young people to build confidence, self-esteem, and resilience.
• Deliver sessions on relationships, online safety, and safeguarding awareness.
• Maintain accurate records and produce detailed reports.
