Salary: £26,000 - £30,000

Description of Job

We are looking for a gifted youth leader who will help the whole church press into God’s presence, and someone who has a particular passion to see young people coming to faith and developing their gifts. Responsibilities include:

1. Encouraging and developing the young people in the life of All Saints.
2. Developing other areas of ministry such as discipleship, creativity, and evangelism amongst our young people.
3. Leading and developing youth work within the church, ensuring it is of a high standard and open to the Spirit’s direction.
4. Working with youth in the community, starting new initiatives and developing detached work.
5. Recruiting and managing volunteers for youth work, managing the rota via Church Suite, and general administration.
6. Being a link with the local secondary school, Oldfield Academy.
7. Ensuring the safety of our young people by providing a safe space and adhering to the highest standards in safeguarding and safer recruitment.
8. Collaborating with our Children's and Families Team Leader and Worship and Young Adults leader to seek the fullness of the Kingdom of God.
