Teaching Personnel Ltd. is recruiting a Youth Support Worker for a Pupil Referral Unit in Caerphilly, South Wales. The role runs Monday to Friday, term-time only, with pay of £100 per day under PAYE and weekly pay.

Start date is 2nd November 2026. No teaching qualification is required; we value attitude, resilience and the ability to connect with young people. You'll support pupils in Key stages 3 & 4, collaborating with teachers and pastoral staff.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Help pupils engage positively in lessons and school activities.
• Record and report safeguarding concerns in line with school policies.
• Build trusting relationships with pupils who may have faced difficulties in education.
