Job summary

Centre 33’s Open Access Hubs provide youth-focused support across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, and this role offers practical and emotional holistic help to young people.

You will work with other Support Workers and Team Leads to ensure a safe, impactful and responsive service within hub-based delivery, predominantly 10am–6pm, with a Saturday rota. DBS check and Right to Work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth work.
• Ability to manage a complex caseload.
• Desirable: risk assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional holistic support to young people across Open Access Hubs.
• Collaborate with other Support Workers and Team Leads to ensure safe, responsive services.
• Work during core hours 10:00–18:00 with Saturday rota.
