Job summary

Lufton College, part of The Cambian Group, is recruiting Youth Support Workers to support young people aged 16–25 with autism and additional learning needs across day, 38 and 52 week placements. The role involves community activities, trips to venues, and collaborative practice across care, education and therapeutic services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• On cinema or theatre trips with the young people.
• Visiting Longleat, Kingston Maurward animal park or National Trust properties.
• Supporting our young people in the community with activities such as horse riding, swimming, bowling, running and shopping.
• Supporting the young people in the gym teaching about maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
