Lufton College, part of The Cambian Group, is recruiting Youth Support Workers to empower young people aged 16–25 with autism and related needs across day and residential placements. You will engage in community activities, support therapeutic and educational plans, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team committed to safeguarding and wellbeing.

The role offers meaningful daily work, training opportunities, and a supportive management team focused on professional development and career

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic and genuinely passionate about improving the lives of others.
• Excellent communicator with calm, patient listening and clear interactions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Join cinema or theatre trips with the young people.
• Visit places like Longleat, Kingston Maurward animal park or National Trust properties.
• Support activities in the community (horse riding, swimming, bowling, running, shopping).
• Assist the young people in the gym with healthy lifestyle activities.
