Job summary

Cambian Group plc is recruiting Youth Support Workers for Lufton College’s two campuses near Yeovil to support young people aged 16–25 with autism and additional learning needs. You’ll help with on-site and community activities, helping learners develop skills and confidence within a caring team.

The role involves diverse daily tasks, including trips to venues and sports activities, with comprehensive training and clear progression within our expanding educational organisation.

Responsibilities

• Join Lufton College as a Youth Support Worker and accompany young people on cinema or theatre trips.
• Support activities at Longleat, animal parks and National Trust properties.
• Assist community activities like horse riding, swimming, bowling, running and shopping.
• Support gym sessions promoting healthy lifestyles.
