Job summary

Caretech is seeking dedicated staff to support young people in developing life skills, confidence, and educational goals. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care plans and engaging young people in educational and social activities.

You will act as a positive role model, assist with daily living tasks, and help maintain safety and wellbeing. A clean UK driving license and flexible approach to shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a clean Full UK Driving License.
• Experience working with young people is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
