Job summary

Aberlour Options Moray is seeking Young People’s Workers to support children and young people with learning disabilities, offering residential, short breaks and community support.

The role is 30-35 hours per week, permanent, with rotating shifts including 2.00pm–10.00pm and 7.30am–2.30pm, plus overnight sleep-ins; weekends off every second, with rotas designed around needs. Training and supervision are provided to help you develop your practice.

• Willingness to engage in training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work 30-35 hours per week in a permanent role.
• Rotas include late shifts (2.00pm–10.00pm) and early shifts (7.30am–2.30pm).
• Overnight sleep-ins alongside night staff.
• Shifts subject to change based on service needs.
• Provide supportive care to children and young people with disabilities.
