Aspris is seeking a Residential Support Worker to provide emotional support to young people and assist with daily activities such as getting up, dressing, and going to school. Weekend shifts may involve off-site activities like theme parks, bowling, and cinemas, making the role dynamic and engaging.

Our homes cater to young people with autism, learning difficulties, and various mental health needs. Training is provided to help you build a rewarding career, with fully funded qualifications

Qualifications

• Compassionate, friendly and caring individuals
• No prior experience required; training provided
• Full driving licence required due to location

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support to young people and assist with daily activities (getting up, dressed, going to school)
• Support on weekends with events away from home; create enjoyable experiences
• Help young people overcome difficulties and progress in a nurturing environment
