Nova Care Group is seeking dedicated Support Workers in the North East to help young people facing significant challenges. The role requires staying calm under pressure, building trust and providing consistent support to manage behaviours and promote wellbeing.

Expect 12-hour shifts across days, nights and sleep-ins, with flexible travel within the North East. A Full UK Driving licence and legal right to work in the UK are essential; sponsorship is not available.

Formación

• Fully flexible and able to work and travel across the North East.
• Able to work 12 hours shifts, covering days, waking nights and sleep in shifts.
• In possession of a Full UK Driving licence and right to work in the UK (we are not able to offer sponsorship).

Responsabilidades

• Stay calm, consistent and compassionate with the young people.
• Set clear boundaries, build trust and look beyond behaviour to understand what a young person may be experiencing.
