Job summary

Brook Street is recruiting for a Residential Support Worker in South Shields. The role involves supporting children and young people in a residential setting, acting as a key worker, and contributing to care plans.

You will promote wellbeing, independence, and positive outcomes while building strong relationships with families and professionals. The position offers a £34,320 annual salary plus £60 for each sleep-in, with a 40-hour work week.
