Teaching Personnel is seeking a Youth Support Worker for an SEMH secondary school in Oldham. You will build trusting relationships with pupils, providing 1:1 and small-group support to boost confidence, emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement.

We are looking for a Youth Support Worker to join a specialist SEMH secondary school in Oldham, supporting young people who may face emotional, social and behavioural barriers to education.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in youth work, residential care, mentoring, support work, sports coaching, community work or education who wants to use their skills to help young people make positive changes.
As a Youth Support Worker, you'll become a trusted and consistent adult for pupils who may need additional support both inside and outside the classroom. You'll:
