Job summary

Space Youth Services in Exeter is seeking a Youth Support Worker to help unlock potential in local young people. The role is part-time, 7 hours per week, with two evenings and occasional weekends.

You will join a team of youth workers delivering high quality youth work, with training and support provided. The organisation values inclusivity and offers a supportive environment where staff development is encouraged.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Youth Support Worker to work at our youth centre in Exeter. The work will be part-time, permanent, 7 hours per week, and will include working 2 evenings per week and occasional weekends. Come and join a team of youth workers delivering high quality youth work. Learn new skills - training and support will be provided.

What We Offer

Annual leave: 6 weeks for the first 5 years then increased to 7 weeks (pro-rata’d for part-time roles)
