Job summary

Teaching Personnel are recruiting Youth Workers and Residential Support Workers to work within specialist secondary schools supporting pupils with SEMH needs, autism and additional behavioural needs.

This temporary role offers daily rate £90-£130+ per day in Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire, with start ASAP 2026 and flexible full-time or part-time hours. You will support learning, build relationships with students, and promote wellbeing alongside teaching staff.
