Nottingham City Council is seeking two reparation workers to support the Adolescence Youth Justice Service. The role involves working with 10–17-year-olds to deliver 1-to-1 and group reparation and intervention activities aimed at addressing offending behaviour and making amends to the community. A DBS enhanced check is required.

The posts are casual, off-site, with hybrid working options and a salary of £16.09 per hour. Closing date is 31 December 2026 and interviews TBC.

Qualifications

• Experience of direct work with children with behavioural or offending concerns.
• Experience delivering one-to-one and group work programmes with challenging behaviour.
• Experience of handling conflict and managing sensitive issues to achieve positive outcomes.
• Ability to provide timely and accurate feedback and reports both orally and in writing.
• A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.

Responsabilités

• Work with children aged 10 to 17 to deliver 1-to-1 and group reparation and intervention activities across the city.
• Address offending behaviour and enable them to make amends for their actions through constructive reparations.
• Support the Adolescence Youth Justice Service in delivery of reparation and intervention programmes.
• Provide timely, accurate feedback and maintain records and reports as required.
