Job summary

Nottingham City Council is recruiting casual reparation workers to support the Adolescence Youth Justice Service. You will deliver reparation and intervention activities for young people aged 10–17 and help them engage in constructive community projects.

A DBS enhanced check is required; experience with challenging behaviour and reporting is essential. We offer flexible casual hours, a supportive team, and opportunities to develop in youth justice work.

Qualifications

• Direct work with children showing behavioural or offending concerns.
• Delivery of one-to-one and group work programmes with challenging behaviour.
• Experience handling conflict and sensitive issues to achieve positive outcomes.
• DBS enhanced check required for regulated activity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reparation and intervention activities across the city.
• Work with children aged 10–17 years to address offending behaviour.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback and reports both orally and in writing.
