Job summary

Nudge Education Limited seeks compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support for young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in community settings.

The role offers afternoon availability with pay ranging £19.57–£28.83 per hour for lead roles, plus expenses. A full UK driving licence, willingness to assist with personal care, and at least three days per week are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance).
• Experience supporting with GCSEs.
• Must be willing to assist with personal care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• Experience with PDA.
• Confidence within GCSEs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
