Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with young people.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and risk assessment.
• Understanding of mental health and wellbeing challenges faced by vulnerable youth.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, resilient and person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support and key worker sessions.
• Create and review personalised support and action plans.
• Complete risk assessments and manage safeguarding concerns.
• Support tenancy sustainment and housing-related needs.
• Assist with benefits applications and financial management.
• Help young people access education, training and employment opportunities.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to secure appropriate support.
• Prepare young people for move-on into independent accommodation.
