You will build positive relationships with young people, provide individual and group support, and help them access opportunities that promote wellbeing, educational achievement and successful transitions into adulthood.
You will work closely with a range of partners including social care, education, health, youth justice services and community organisations to ensure children and young people receive the right support at the right time.
