Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is recruiting a Youth Work Development Manager to lead and grow youth services across Hayes & Walthamstow and other London locations. The role focuses on empowering 11-25-year-olds through innovative programmes, safeguarding, and strong partnerships with schools and local authorities.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 youth work qualification, proven experience in managing youth services, and a passion for creating positive outcomes for young people in a dynamic,

Qualifications

  • Level 3 qualification (or above) in Youth Work or related field.
  • Experience managing youth services and leading successful teams.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience designing and delivering programmes for 11–25-year-olds.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and best practice in youth work.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Genuine passion for helping young people reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and develop youth services across multiple sites.
  • Design and implement engaging programmes for disadvantaged and vulnerable young people.
  • Ensure services are safe, inclusive, outcome-focused and of high standard.
  • Coach and support a team of youth workers and volunteers.
  • Oversee budgets, resources and service performance.
  • Build partnerships with local authorities, schools and community organisations.
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on programme outcomes to drive improvement.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and growth of youth services.

Youth Work Development Manager

Salary: £41,200 per annum

We're recruiting for an experienced Youth Work Development Manager to lead and develop youth services across multiple London locations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people aged 11-25, delivering innovative programmes that create lasting positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and develop youth services across multiple sites.
  • Design and implement engaging programmes that support disadvantaged and vulnerable young people.
  • Ensure services are safe, inclusive, outcome-focused, and delivered to a high standard.
  • Manage, coach, and support a team of youth workers and volunteers.
  • Oversee budgets, resources, and service performance.
  • Build strong partnerships with local authorities, schools, community organisations, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on programme outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and the ongoing growth of youth services.
About You

We're looking for a motivated leader who has:

  • A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Youth Work or a related field.
