Catch22 is hiring a Substance Use Practitioner - Winchester to work with children and young people up to 25, offering confidential advice on drugs and alcohol and delivering targeted support through various therapeutic interventions.

You will contribute to a forward-thinking Hampshire 24/7 service, with opportunities to network with partner agencies and commissioners. A driving licence and vehicle access are required, with regular regional travel anticipated.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with children and young people with complex needs or vulnerabilities.
• Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with young people.
• Adaptable and resilient outlook, able to maintain a commitment to supporting service users.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist support to children and young people up to age 25 on drugs and alcohol using a range of therapeutic interventions.
• Provide confidential, non-judgemental advice and guidance to service users.
