Catch22 is seeking a dedicated worker to provide assertive outreach and engagement with young people aged 11-25 and their families. You will deliver targeted substance use interventions across settings including schools and community venues, under supervision, to support recovery and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in youth work, counselling, health & social care or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and support young people aged 11-25 and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide assertive outreach and engagement activities for targeted young people.
• Deliver 1:1 and group substance use interventions for ages 11-25.
• Work across schools, community settings and home visits.
• Assist with satellite services and wider access to recovery support.
• Facilitate groups and service user participation.
