Job summary

You will oversee day-to-day leadership, safeguarding, and staff development, ensuring safe, person-centred support that helps young people gain independence.

Qualifications

• Strong experience working with children or young people.
• Senior/management experience or deputy/leadership roles.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and risk management.
• Ability to lead and develop staff teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the staff team.
• Maintain safeguarding and professional practice standards.
• Oversee support plans, risk assessments and young people’s progress.
• Promote independence, education, employment and life skills.
• Ensure records, policies and procedures are maintained to a high standard.
