Job summary

Change Grow Live in Warrington is seeking a dedicated Young Person's Resilience Worker to support young people aged 10–18 in the community. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans and deliver 1:1 psychosocial and digital interventions to reduce risk and boost resilience.

You will also facilitate group work, outreach and events, providing harm reduction guidance while collaborating with agencies and attending safeguarding meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people aged 10–18.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge for children, young people and adults.
• Ability to build robust partnerships with internal and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of young people aged 10–18 in the community.
• Conduct assessments, care planning and deliver 1:1 psychosocial and digital interventions.
• Facilitate group work, outreach and community events.
• Provide harm reduction advice and brief interventions.
• Work with partner agencies, attend safeguarding meetings and deliver training.
• Demonstrate excellent engagement and partnership skills.
