Job summary

Change Grow Live in Warrington is seeking a dedicated Young Person's Resilience Worker to support 10–18-year-olds in the community. You will assess need, deliver 1:1 psychosocial and digital interventions, facilitate group work and outreach, and work with partners to reduce risk and build resilience.

The role emphasises safeguarding, empathetic engagement, and collaboration with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• Support young people aged 10–18 in the community.
• Deliver 1:1 psychosocial and digital interventions.
• Engage in safeguarding and build protective partnerships.
• Facilitate group work, outreach and training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of young people across Warrington.
• Conduct assessments, care planning and interventions.
• Facilitate group work, outreach and community events.
• Provide harm reduction advice and brief interventions.
• Work with agencies, attend safeguarding meetings and deliver training.
