Homes2Inspire is recruiting a Children’s Residential Support Worker for Minster House. You will provide stability and guidance for a young person aged 5‑17 with SEBD, delivering personalised care and promoting resilience.

The role involves safeguarding, life-skills coaching, and collaboration with families and professionals, with a rota that includes evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. Full-time, permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Commitment to achieving Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if not already qualified.
• Right to work in the UK.
