Job summary

Caretech Group is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help empower young people in residential care. You’ll support daily routines, meals, activities and recording progress in a caring, structured environment.

Join us to access two weeks of fully funded induction, ongoing training, and clear pathways for diplomas (Levels 3-5). Expect a welcoming home and strong team support as you help shape futures every day.

Qualifications

• Must be warm, patient and a great listener to support young people.
• Experience or qualification in residential childcare is required.
• Ability to build trust and encourage positive behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Support young people with daily routines, getting ready for school and meals.
• Create a warm, homely environment with light housekeeping.
• Build strong relationships and provide emotional support.
• Plan and join activities like trips, movie nights or creative projects.
• Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
