Pulse Staffing Limited is seeking a psychologist to join a supportive multidisciplinary team in Warrington, Cheshire. This permanent, part-time role offers flexible working across two to three days per week with a salary of £49,432.50–£64,818 per annum, dependent on experience and banding.

Band 7 preceptorship applicants will be considered. You will work with young people experiencing complex mental health difficulties, including trauma and personality disorder, delivering specialist assessments

Qualificações

• Doctoral-level training in Clinical, Counselling, Forensic or Health Psychology with training in two or more psychological therapies.
• Current HCPC registration.
• At least 12 months post-qualification experience, or appropriate preceptorship-level experience.
• Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment across a range of clinical settings.
• Six months’ experience in CAMHS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist psychological assessment, formulation and treatment for young people with complex mental health presentations.
• Hold a small clinical caseload and provide intensive, individualised interventions.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to care planning and risk management.
• Support young people to develop resilience and independence.
• Provide psychological consultation and training to colleagues and wider teams.
• Work systemically with staff teams and other professionals involved in care.
• Contribute to clinical leadership, service development and research.
• Deliver teaching and training to professionals and non-professionals.
• Maintain high standards of clinical practice in line with guidelines and policies.
• Contribute to innovative psychological practice within the service.
