Job summary

Morthyng Group Limited, based in Warrington, is seeking a dedicated Student Support Officer to manage a caseload of 16-19 learners on the study programme. You will identify training and work tasters, agree learning plans, and monitor attendance, providing mentoring and coaching to help learners progress.

You should hold or be working toward IAG Level 3 or 4, and be adaptable, organized and a team player in a not-for-profit setting that supports young people’s development.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Computer literate with ability to use common software.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Holding or pursuing IAG Level 3 or 4 is desirable.
