Job summary

Groundwork in Greater Manchester is seeking a Youth Projects Lead to drive and deliver high-quality youth work programmes. You will manage a caseload of young people, deliver a range of interventions and work with partners to provide wraparound support.

You will help young people overcome barriers, strengthen resilience and connect with communities. The role emphasises inclusive practice, safeguarding and data-informed service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people facing marginalisation or complex challenges.
• Sound understanding of safeguarding and case management.
• Ability to lead youth projects, manage budgets and collect outcome data.
• Experience building partnerships to provide wraparound support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Clean and valid UK driving licence required for travel across Greater Manchester.
