Job summary

Active Fusion is seeking an Inclusion and Employability Officer to lead and develop inclusion, employability and life-skills programmes for disadvantaged and vulnerable young people. You will forge partnerships with schools, employers and providers to create progression into education, training, volunteering and employment, while monitoring outcomes and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering employability, inclusion, youth work or community-based programmes.
• Experience working with disadvantaged or disengaged young people.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of inclusion, employability and life skills programmes.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, employers, training providers, local authorities and community organisations to create progression opportunities.
• Create pathways into education, training, volunteering and employment, including support for NEET or at risk of NEET.
• Monitor programme performance, budgets and outcomes, producing reports and evidence of impact.
