Job summary

London Borough of Camden is seeking an Inclusive Pathways and Participation Manager to ensure under-represented young people gain access to meaningful work experience and placements. You will work with schools, employers and services to design inclusive opportunities, support vulnerable groups, and remove barriers to participation.

You will collaborate across Camden STEAM, coordinating placements, developing partnerships and delivering targeted programmes that improve progression into future

Qualifications

• Experience developing inclusive education, careers or employment opportunities for young people.
• Strong understanding of barriers facing SEND and under-represented groups.
• Experience coordinating work experience, industry placements or employer-led programmes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at different levels and turn partnerships into opportunities.
• Strong project and programme management skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure under-rerepresented young people access meaningful work experiences and placements.
• Build relationships with employers, schools and services across Camden to create inclusive opportunities.
• Identify young people and remove barriers to participation, providing support before, during and after placements.
• Contribute to growth of Camden STEAM’s work experience programme and employer-led opportunities.
