Job summary

Wiltshire & Swindon Community Foundation is seeking a Youth Partnership and Networks Manager to lead the Wiltshire and Swindon Youth Partnership and Youth Work Network. This role focuses on building partnerships across voluntary, community and statutory sectors to champion youth work and strengthen the local youth sector.

Reporting to Director of Partnerships

We’re currently searching for an enthusiastic and relationship-focused Youth Partnership and Networks Manager to lead and develop the Wiltshire and Swindon Youth Partnership and Youth Work Network. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about young people, partnership working, creating connections and championing the voluntary sector.You will work with organisations across the voluntary, community and statutory sectors, bringing people together around shared priorities, enabling collaboration, championing youth work and helping strengthen the local youth sector.

Whilst the primary focus of this role is leading and developing the Wiltshire and Swindon Youth Partnership and Youth Work Network, you will also work collaboratively across Wiltshire & Swindon Community Foundation, contributing your partnership-building skills and expertise to support wider network and convening activity, such as the Connecting People Networks, where appropriate.

The postholder will be an excellent relationship builder, comfortable working across voluntary, community and statutory sectors, bringing people together around shared goals and creating an environment where collaboration can flourish. You will enjoy working both strategically and practically, able to see the bigger picture whilst also ensuring activity is delivered effectively and relationships are maintained.

You’ll be part of a small, supportive team who care deeply about what we do. We offer a hybrid approach to working, with our office based in Devizes.
