Wiltshire & Swindon Community Foundation is seeking a part-time Youth Partnership and Networks Manager to lead the Wiltshire and Swindon Youth Partnership and Youth Work Network. You will build relationships, mobilise partners across voluntary, community and statutory sectors, and champion youth work to strengthen the local youth sector.
The role offers hours of 22.5 per week and an opportunity to collaborate across the Foundation to support wider network activities and connections.
We’re currently searching for an enthusiastic and relationship-focused Youth Partnership and Networks Manager to lead and develop the Wiltshire and Swindon Youth Partnership and Youth Work Network. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about young people, partnership working, creating connections and championing the voluntary sector. You will work with organisations across the voluntary, community and statutory sectors, bringing people together around shared priorities, enabling collaboration, championing youth work and helping strengthen the local youth sector.
Whilst the primary focus of this role is leading and developing the Wiltshire and Swindon Youth Partnership and Youth Work Network, you will also work collaboratively across Wiltshire & Swindon Community Foundation, contributing your partnership-building skills and expertise to support wider network and convening activity, such as the Connecting People Networks, where appropriate.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week.
