Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching or supervising people in target-driven environments.
• Knowledge of employability, youth employment or local labour market is a bonus.
• Ability to use data to understand performance and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Mentors and Programme Coordinators.
• Create a positive, ambitious culture where people feel valued and motivated.
• Help your team turn great intentions into measurable results.
• Use performance data and insight to spot opportunities and keep everyone moving forward.
• Coach through regular one-to-ones, observations, feedback and development conversations.
• Make sure participants receive the right support at every stage of their journey.
• Build strong relationships with employers, business and local partners.
• Share ideas and best practice to continually improve the service.
• Recognise great performance while confidently addressing challenges when they arise.
• Champion inclusion, safeguarding, quality and outstanding participant experiences.
